Pioneer Drilling Company acquired Go-Coil, L.L.C. in January 2012. Go-Coil provides coiled tubing services to exploration and production companies operating in the United States onshore and offshore oil and gas markets. Go-Coil operates a fleet of 10 coiled tubing units (7 onshore units and 3 offshore units) and related equipment. Current operations are located in Louisiana (offshore and onshore), South Texas, Oklahoma, and Pennsylvania. Go-Coil's seasoned management team brings over 70 years of combined coiled tubing experience.

Pioneer Drilling Company provides land contract drilling services as well as production services to independent and major oil and gas exploration and production companies. Our fleet is widely recognized as one of the newest and highest quality in the industry.

With more than 60 drilling rigs capable of drilling from 6,000 to 25,000 feet, our Drilling Services Division serves oil and gas operators in some of the most active and prolific regions within the United States and internationally in Colombia.

Our Production Services Division provides workover, wireline and fishing and rental services to production companies throughout the major oil and gas producing regions of the United States as well as offshore in the Gulf of Mexico. Our fleet consists of approximately 85 well service rigs, 100 cased-hole, open-hole, and offshore wireline units and fishing and rental tools.
